# ¿Qué es el error "TCPDF: unable to get the size of the image" al descargar un PDF?

El error **"TCPDF: unable to get the size of the image"** al descargar el PDF de un documento emitidos se debe a que el PDF contiene una imangen que no puede ser procesada por LibreDTE.

Para revisar y corregir esto debes ir a la configuración de la empresa y al final de la pestaña [**Facturación**](https://libredte.cl/dte/contribuyentes/modificar#facturacion:pdf) debes ingresar a la configuración del [**Formato de PDF para Propósito General**](https://libredte.cl/dte/contribuyentes/modificar#facturacion:dte_pdf-app-general) y verificar que todas las URL con imagenes se encuentren correctas y vigentes.

**Importante**: todas las URL con imagenes deben ser en formato PNG.
